  2. Standard Items: Non-custom products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
    • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
