Refunds Policy
Not all items are eligible for refunds. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility before purchasing. Items eligible for refunds must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized orders, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for refunds.
A receipt or order confirmation is required to process a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Customization & Pre-Order Process
Many of our products, including jewelry and bags, can be customized based on your preferences for colors, materials, and styles.
During checkout, use the comments section to share your preferences, such as specific likes, dislikes, or style inspirations.
For complex custom orders, we’ll contact you to confirm the details before starting production.
Custom jewelry bags require 3-4 weeks for completion due to the handmade, sustainable process. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Each piece is crafted with care, inspected for quality, and packaged securely to ensure it arrives as envisioned.
Payments
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring your payment information is encrypted and protected.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets supported by Stripe, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to reserve your custom jewelry bag.
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated completion time.
