  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom jewelry and jewelry bags, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged due to poor shipping, please contact us within 48hrs. of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue, and please retain the original packaging due to the investigative nature of postal service warranty services. We will work with you to find a resolution.
  • Final Sale Items: All custom orders are considered final sale once processed.

  • Custom Jewelry Bags: Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placement. After 3 days, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund due to materials and processing being underway.
